Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-faceted influencer marketing campaigns ranging in budget and complexity for a flagship financial services client.
  • Serve as the day-to-day client lead, driving communication, alignment, and flawless execution across influencer programs.
  • Own campaign timelines from kickoff through wrap, including production schedules, creator deliverables, review cycles, live dates, reporting milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Partner with the client, IAT, and internal stakeholders to ensure influencer strategies and campaign plans deliver against brand and business objectives.
  • Monitor creator trends, platform shifts, and cultural conversations to inform influencer strategy.
  • Ensure influencer programs integrate with broader marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Lead creator and talent selection in partnership with strategy and activation teams to ensure talent aligns with brand strategy, audience needs, and cultural relevance.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, activation partners, production partners, and IAT stakeholders to execute campaigns on time, on brief, and at the highest standard.
  • Oversee production and live event activations, including shoot planning, creator participation, timeline management, on-site needs, and client/stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage ongoing client and campaign status updates while tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, risks, and program progress.
  • Own campaign wrap reporting, delivering performance insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain knowledge of platform guidelines, ad products, creator deliverables, usage needs, and asset specifications while managing content development and delivery timelines.
  • Mentor account managers and activation team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Navigate campaign challenges, timeline risks, production pivots, and client feedback to develop solutions that ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with the Account VP and finance on campaign budgets, margin management, billing reconciliation, and scope implications tied to production or timeline changes.
  • Develop tools, trackers, timelines, and playbooks that strengthen influencer campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working at an agency, marketing-tech company, media organization, or influencer/creator marketing environment.
  • Experience leading complex influencer, social, or integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff through execution and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing tight production timelines and high-volume creator deliverable workflows across content deadlines, client review cycles, revision rounds, asset delivery, posting schedules, and final reporting milestones.
  • Experience building and managing campaign timelines, status trackers, deliverable matrices, approval flows, and internal/external progress updates.
  • Experience overseeing content shoots and/or live event activations in person while supporting clients, managing creator participation, and coordinating key stakeholders on-site.
  • Experience working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams within an IAT structure.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform campaign planning, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Experience creating clear internal and external presentations, status materials, timelines, and executive-ready campaign updates.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex campaigns, shifting priorities, and production dependencies.
  • Experience managing campaigns across major social platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
