Located in Casper, Wyoming, this position is within the Cardiac Cath Lab‑Hosp department and reports to the Clinical Care job category. The Associate Director for Cath Lab works a day shift in a full‑time salaried role, primarily Monday–Friday with 24/7 leadership responsibilities. Cath lab experience is preferred. Wyoming Medical Center, Banner Health’s largest inpatient facility in the state, is renowned for its cardiac and stroke services, operates 249 beds and a Level 2 trauma center, and has earned Great Place To Work® Certification™ for three consecutive years. Responsibilities
- Manages and facilitates patient centered care for designated patient populations.
- Serves as a resource and provides leadership assistance to achieve optimal clinical, operational, financial, and satisfaction outcomes.
- Collaborates with all departments to assist with patient flow and process improvement.
- Manages the operations of the unit to ensure smooth and efficient patient care management and resource utilization.
- Leads change by developing, implementing and evaluating quality and process improvement initiatives of the department in conjunction with the director.
- Seeks and utilizes input from staff and oversees change implementation.
- Ensures compliance with appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Facilitates communication of system, regional, facility and department initiatives.
