Associate Director - Business HR
Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders on strategy, organisation and people plans.
- Driving change, OD initiatives and risk analysis.
- Using data insights to strengthen performance and inclusion.
- Directing workforce planning, mobilisation and resource decisions.
- Enabling effective recruitment and onboarding.
- Building leadership capability across performance, ER and wellbeing.
- Supporting talent, reward and engagement delivery.
- Directing HR projects and contribute to net-zero aligned people actions.
Requirements
- Senior HR professional with deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
- Advanced capability in people strategy, talent, reward, change and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational design.
- Degree-level HR qualification and CIPD chartered membership (or equivalent).
