Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leaders on strategy, organization, and people plans.
  • Driving change, organizational development initiatives, and risk analysis.
  • Using data insights to strengthen performance and inclusion.
  • Directing workforce planning, mobilization, and resource decisions.
  • Enabling effective recruitment and onboarding.
  • Building leadership capability across performance, employee relations, and wellbeing.
  • Supporting talent, reward, and engagement delivery.
  • Directing HR projects and contributing to net-zero aligned people actions.

Requirements

  • Senior HR professional with deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Advanced capability in people strategy, talent, reward, change, and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and organizational design.
  • Degree-level HR qualification and CIPD chartered membership (or equivalent).
