Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Associate Director, BI&A HCP Media to join our pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 3-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. Pay: $56.00 - $61.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Description: Responsibilities Associate Director, BI&A HCP Media will be responsible for partnering across teams to evolve our best-in-class analytical approaches and measurement practices for digital and direct Healthcare Professional (HCP) Media. They will work collaboratively with HCP Media, Omnichannel, Marketing, BI&A, Tech@company, Media Agency teams and others. They will act as a player-coach by both developing enterprise-wide analytical approaches and upskilling others in the adoption and delivery for their area. The Associate Director will be a vital, data-driven thought leader across teams as we evolve our measurement practices and maximize the value of HCP Media across USA. An ideal candidate has experience with HCP media, is energized by a constantly evolving environment and has a track record of driving key, data-backed business decisions across a wide array of technical and non-technical cross-functional partners. They have high learning agility and can quickly build trust and rapport with colleagues and leaders at varying levels. This position reports to Senior Director, BI&A Media Product.Understand current execution and performance of HCP media, Brand/Business Unit strategies, media objectives and data sources.Translate understanding to identify and prioritize opportunities to build on existing, or create new, analytical solutions that drive media efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with our BI&A expertise and delivery teams (US and India-based) on discovery and development in a seamless analytics delivery model.Identify areas to standardize analytical approaches and best practices. Ensure clear documentation including methodology and code to increase reusability and efficiency across BI&A.Identify and prioritize capability investments and/or data needs to achieve BI&A and USA media goals.Develop and manage collaborative relationships with a wide cross-section of stakeholders and teammates.Ensure business decisions are made with solid supporting evidence grounded in analytics. Bring an objective voice to the table and facilitate decisions grounded in data. Be willing to challenge individuals from associate to senior leader levels and who hold highly diverse roles/responsibilities in and outside of the organization.Proactively coordinate learning and knowledge sharing across the BI&A team, and cross functional partners as appropriate. Ensure analytical insights shared and applied across brands.Ensure compliance with all privacy and contractual obligations related to the use of data.Other Key Initiatives / Special Projects on an ongoing basis. Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent subject matter work experienceAt least 5 years of industry experience Additional Skills/Preferences:Direct experience with digital and/or direct media performance analysisKnowledge of R, SQL, SSIS or other statistical programming languageRobust excel modeling skillsExperience with Omnichannel, HCP Media or HCP MarketingExperience with 1st & 3rd party data sources including: CRM data, SOA data, DMP, DSP, Google Analytics, log files, etc.Experience with Tableau or other data visualization toolsProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with statistical modeling techniquesStrong analytical skills coupled with business acumen, and an ability to think strategically and objectively in an ambiguous environmentDesire to work in a highly collaborative environmentAbility to simplify complexity, communicate clearly and teach othersDemonstrated success in influencing without authority from associate to leadership levelsStrong track record in delivering complex cross functional projectsExcellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills and prioritization skills with attention to detailHigh level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situationsExperience with prescription claims data Additional Information:Travel Percentage: less than 10%Indianapolis-based; remote may be considered As a condition of employment with and Company and its subsidiaries in the United States and Puerto Rico, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination satisfactory to the company (subject to applicable law).
