About the role

Manage the full APEX product lifecycle across Omnichannel initiatives, from Intake and Solutioning through Prioritization, Build & Validate, Delivery & Adoption, and Measure & Enhance.
Drive value-based prioritization, making disciplined trade-off decisions on scope, features, and timelines based on business impact, with clear acceptance criteria for deliverables.
Define and track success metrics, including adoption and business impact, and establish closed-loop measurement frameworks to assess end-to-end promotional effectiveness.
Partner with Marketing, Digital Lab, BTS, APEX Business Units, and external vendors to co-develop analytics solutions that deliver quantifiable value across HCP and patient journeys.
Represent analytics products in Product Council and Steering Committee forums as the authoritative voice on product direction and trade-offs.
Engage stakeholders consultatively, shifting conversations from feature requests to problem definitions, user outcomes, and measurable results.
Communicate insights and strategy clearly — creating compelling roadmap presentations and recommendations for executive and senior cross-functional audiences.
