Job Summary
We are seeking a people-focused Associate Development Coordinator to serve as a trusted liaison between hourly Associates (employees), Managers, and Human Resources. This role supports a consistent, high-quality training experience by coordinating onboarding, safety, SOP, and on-the-job training while reinforcing Grande’s Mission and Culture.
Responsibilities
- Supports a consistent, high-quality training experience by coordinating onboarding, safety, SOP, and on-the-job training.
- Reinforces Grande’s Mission and Culture.
- Partners closely with leadership to ensure training completion.
- Identifies development needs and supports retention and recognition programs.
- Provides guidance that drives productivity, safety, and engagement across the facility.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- Two (2) or more years’ office/administrative experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Knowledge of production workflow and procedures required.
- Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum of two (2) years of related office support/administrative experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
