Associate, Development

About the Role

Related Digital is seeking an Associate, Development to support the development of Project Tembo in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This position is based in Dallas, Texas and focused on Project Tembo. The Associate will work with the Development team to coordinate project information, support analysis, track milestones, and prepare materials that help advance the project through the development process.

Responsibilities

• Support the Development team with workplans, milestone tracking, meeting materials, action items, and decision logs for Project Tembo.
• Coordinate project information and follow up with internal teams, external advisors, and project partners on assigned workstreams.
• Support project-level financial analysis by organizing assumptions, updating model inputs, and preparing summaries or scenario analyses.
• Help track project schedules, budgets, forecasts, diligence items, risks, and open decisions.
• Gather and organize commercial, financial, utility, permitting, and other development information for review by the project team.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to collect project information and track development interfaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate, data center, or energy infrastructure development.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to organize information and summarize findings clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial analysis or project tracking is helpful.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across teams.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through in a fast-paced work environment.
• Collaborative approach, sound judgment, and interest in digital infrastructure development.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
