Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Aid in researching and gathering data to develop, modify, or improve applications and information systems.

Assist in creating detailed specifications that guide the development of software programs.

Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software applications.

Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Experience

Typically requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Consistent attendance is required.
  • Ability to accept supervision.
  • Ability to foster, develop, and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
  • Must be able to get along with others (peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors).
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees, and customers by email, phone, video conferences, and in person.
  • Must be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Physical/Mental Demands

  • The ability to maintain confidence and confidential information.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions and deadlines.
  • Repetitive and continual keyboard activity and interaction with display monitors.
  • Sedentary work: The majority of activity in this position involves sitting, standing, walking, and the occasional need to lift or move objects.
