Associate developer (Apprenticeship Assessment)
About the role
AIM Delivers High Quality End-point Assessments (EPA) Of Apprenticeship Standards. We Are Seeking To Recruit Industry Experienced Individuals To Join Our Pool Of Associate Developers Across A Range Of Standards In The Creative Sector.
Responsibilities
- Apply skills and experience to support in the development of EPA assessment materials.
- Develop and review assessment materials such as question banks, scenario tests, grading criteria expansions, and other standard specific assessment materials.
- Ensure assessment materials are valid, reliable, appropriate, and occupationally relevant.
- Ensure occupational competence and knowledge are up to date in the industry/occupation linked to the standard.
Requirements
- Recent and relevant industry experience linked to the apprenticeship standard’s occupational area (essential).
- Experience of working within the training/education sector (desirable).
- Experience of assessment (desirable).
- Effective time management (essential).
- Collaborative working (essential).
- Competence with the Microsoft Office suite (desirable).

Pay
£32 per hour.
Schedule
Freelance contract (the role is on an as required basis and there is no set minimum guarantee of hours).
