Associate developer (Apprenticeship Assessment)

About the role

AIM Delivers High Quality End-point Assessments (EPA) Of Apprenticeship Standards. We Are Seeking To Recruit Industry Experienced Individuals To Join Our Pool Of Associate Developers Across A Range Of Standards In The Creative Sector.

Responsibilities

• Apply skills and experience to support in the development of EPA assessment materials.
• Develop and review assessment materials such as question banks, scenario tests, grading criteria expansions, and other standard specific assessment materials.
• Ensure assessment materials are valid, reliable, appropriate, and occupationally relevant.
• Ensure occupational competence and knowledge are up to date in the industry/occupation linked to the standard.

Requirements

• Recent and relevant industry experience linked to the apprenticeship standard’s occupational area (essential).
• Experience of working within the training/education sector (desirable).
• Experience of assessment (desirable).
• Effective time management (essential).
• Collaborative working (essential).
• Competence with the Microsoft Office suite (desirable).

Pay

£32 per hour.

Schedule

Freelance contract (the role is on an as required basis and there is no set minimum guarantee of hours).
