Associate Designer – Cold Weather & Fashion Accessories

Responsibilities
- Create seasonal mood and trend boards
- Develop accurate artwork, repeats, and specs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Prepare design files for sampling and production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product execution matches design intent
- Support product revisions, costing updates, and presentation materials
- Stay on top of timelines, trends, and technical innovations in textiles
- Contribute ideas and assist wherever needed throughout the design process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accessories Design, Fashion Design, or related field
- 2+ years of design experience in fashion/apparel or accessories
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-driven with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow
Qualifications

Pay
The anticipated base salary is $75k - $85k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
Schedule
This position is full-time and requires 5 days onsite at our NYC HQ.
