Mullen Family Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our well-established, relationship-focused private practice. With 50+ new patients each month and hygiene scheduled months in advance, you'll step into a practice with strong patient demand and immediate production potential.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative care, crowns, bridges, treatment planning, and patient education
- Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional communication and compassionate care
- Collaborate with a strong clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences
- Assist with hygiene appointments when needed to help support patient care
Requirements
- Passionate about comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
- Comfortable with bread-and-butter general dentistry
- A strong communicator who builds trust with patients
- Team-oriented and eager to continue growing clinically
- Interested in becoming part of the community long term
Experienced dentists are preferred, but motivated new graduates with a strong work ethic and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
Part-Time (3–4 Days per Week)
Preferred Days: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
