About the role

The Associate Dean of Nursing oversees the academic programs and administrative functions within the nursing division. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality educational experiences and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic programs and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing education and research.
• Manage faculty and staff resources to support program delivery.
• Collaborate with other deans and department heads to align nursing initiatives with university goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee personnel.
• Experience in developing and implementing educational policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
