About the role

The Associate Dean of Academics and Student Services supports the Dean of Academics and Student Services and Campus President in administering academic programs and the student services department. This role requires a minimum of 40 office hours per week, with a varied schedule to accommodate classes held in the morning, afternoon, evening, and on Saturdays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective administration of specified academic programs and the student services department.
• Collaborate with the Dean of Academics and Student Services and Campus President.

Requirements

• Earned master’s degree in education or a related field; progress toward a doctoral degree is required.
• Professional experience in education and student services.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with educational theory and methodology.
• Experience with program assessments and outcomes measures.
• Experience with accreditation processes.
