Requirements
- PhD in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration
- Proven track record in program evaluation and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
