Associate Database Technician

Job Summary

Analyze, enter and update electronic database files to support medical information systems for an organization that provides healthcare patient services. Ensure database records are complete and accurate.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and maintenance of Baptist OneCare and associated projects to meet organizational objectives and strategies.
• Ensures integrity of system database files.
• Completes assigned goals.

Specifications

• Experience: 1 year experience in use and/or maintenance of databases or information systems.

Education

• Description: Minimum Required: Education from an accredited institution providing a certificate or two year college degree. Preferred/Desired: Bachelor's degree.

Special Skills

• Description: Minimum Required: Proficiency in communicating and performing the techniques of database entry and maintenance. Ability to effectively communicate and work as a member of a team.
