Associate Data Analyst

About the role

Collect and interpret data from diverse sources to support business decisions. Build and maintain data pipelines and datamarts for reporting and analysis. Design and develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for performance visibility. Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel. Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver insights. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate reporting processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a technology or business field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SAS
• Ability to track and communicate the status of team initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
