Associate Customer Operations Representative
About The Role
The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active annuity products, including, but not limited to: withdrawals, transfers, beneficiary changes, account maintenance. Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure a positive customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Direct contact with customers and/or agents to resolve open issues.
- Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems and preparing or keying checks and wires.
- Maintaining team and special partner Service Level Agreements.
- Working with team to help strengthen others and collaborate across organization to understand how we impact each other and be flexible to help other teams to meet business needs.
- Proactively finding ways to gain efficiencies and reduce errors on a personal/team level to better our customer experience.
- Occasional escalation and correction handling as needed which may result in direct contact with customers and/or agents to resolve open issues.
