Summary Of Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day front-line customer support
  • Build strong customer relationships with internal and external customers working in a team environment
  • Oversee customer accounts, including new customer set up, manage customer order status and expedite material through our production facilities to meet customer requirements
  • Possess a working knowledge of plant processes, product characteristics, and systems requirements necessary for the completion of duties
  • Verify and audit manufacturing order details
  • Confirm orders have been approved for production
  • Monitor hold queues
  • Manage data files for inter-company transfers
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
  • Initiative, detail orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively communicates with team internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Experience working with Linux mainframe applications/ ERP systems
  • Proven analytical capabilities
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
