Job Summary
The Associate, Credit Portfolio Management, will partner with an Asset Manager to service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including compliance with associated agreements and portfolio surveillance.
Responsibilities
- Address customer requests and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Review and approve reserve disbursement requests in accordance with loan requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with loan documents, including all covenant obligations.
- Prepare and complete required documentation for cash processing activities.
- Process payment day waterfalls to ensure accurate fund distribution.
- Review and analyze borrower financial statements and budgets for compliance and performance assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and administrative skills.
- Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
