Role Description

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $150,000.00 and $175,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of credit and lending background preferred
• Good accounting and financial analysis skills
• Experience in review and interpretation of historical and projected statements
• Strong credit background with the ability to independently evaluate capital structures, leverage, cash flows, repayment capacity, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer issues as well as other risks and mitigants
• Exposure to bank regulatory policies and reviews
• Knowledge of bank grading systems
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
