Credit Associate (Portfolio Management - Audits)

About the role

As a part of the CRBC Credit Associate - Portfolio Management team, the Credit Associate supports and maintains wholesale accounts for dealerships. Key responsibilities include auditing scheduling, assisting with inventory management, and preparing and routing audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the commercial auditors schedule for the Central RBC
• Audit dealerships monthly
• Communicate with vendors to prepare and route audit reports
• Update insurance and auction arbitration logs
• Respond to email requests from the group mailbox
• Provide customer service to automotive dealers

Requirements

• 0+ years of experience
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of automotive dealership operations is a plus

Pay

Base Pay Range: $49,920 - $62,732.8 USD

Schedule

The Work Itself is performed under one of three schedules: fully on-site, hybrid, or fully remote. Specific work requirements vary based on the role and manager discretion.
