Responsibilities

  • Direct the development of innovative visual concepts and campaigns for pharmaceutical marketing across both HCP and consumer audiences
  • Work alongside senior leadership to craft and present persuasive creative strategies for new business opportunities
  • Contribute to brand planning efforts, ensuring creative aligns with strategic and commercial objectives
  • Execute detailed, high-quality design work using Figma, maintaining a strong hands-on role in production
  • Evaluate and refine creative deliverables to ensure excellence, consistency, and readiness for fast-paced pitch work

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience within pharmaceutical advertising agencies, specifically supporting branded drug products
  • Demonstrated success operating at an ACD level, with strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders on strategic initiatives and presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma with a strong emphasis on hands-on creative execution
  • Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance ideation and concept development processes

Pay

$166,000 - $187,000 paid at an hourly rate of $80/hour - $90/hour
