Remote Associate Creative Director - Pharmaceutical Advertising

Responsibilities

  • Drive development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and traditional channels including social, web, email, video, and print
  • Partner closely with senior creative leadership and cross-functional teams to bring strategic ideas to life from concept through execution
  • Contribute hands-on design work while guiding overall art direction and ensuring high-quality creative output
  • Lead and present creative work internally and to stakeholders, clearly articulating strategic rationale and adapting based on feedback
  • Support new business efforts by developing compelling pitch materials and scalable creative platforms for future brand opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong background within a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment, specifically working on pharma brands
  • Demonstrated ACD-level conceptual thinking with the ability to develop, lead, and sell strategic campaign ideas
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on creative execution experience
  • Deep understanding of regulated pharma environments including MLR processes, fair balance, and compliance requirements
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation, concept development, and creative workflows with strong judgment around brand safety

Pay

Compensation for the Associate Creative Director – Pharmaceutical Advertising includes:

  • Salary range: $80-$90 per hour
