About the Role

Aquent is proud to partner with a globally recognized brand at the forefront of innovation, shaping how millions worldwide experience technology and services. This role offers a unique 50/50 split between hands-on, high-volume copy execution and dynamic creative team leadership. You will ensure authentic, culturally resonant communication for the US Hispanic market, guiding the launch of new offerings and shaping narratives across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Act as both a lead writer and creative guide, providing direction to a team of writers and editors while handling complex copy execution.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and culturally precise localized copy across all platforms under tight deadlines, maintaining consistent brand style and tone.
  • Serve as the primary reference for US Hispanic culture within the creative department, ensuring work reflects an authentic understanding of diverse market segments (e.g., Gen Z bilinguals, Spanish-dominant households).
  • Partner closely with Creative Leads, Brand, and Strategy teams to shape high-quality, collaborative creative work.
  • Adapt to a process-driven environment using localization software, translation memory systems, and digital workflow platforms for quality control and consistency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of copywriting experience within an advertising agency or brand-side creative team.
  • Proven ability to transition from traditional agency setups to a high-volume, execution-focused brand environment.
  • Deep, lived understanding of the US Hispanic demographic, including nuanced linguistic differences across countries of origin and acculturation levels.
  • Exceptional bilingual and bicultural proficiency, with absolute fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating strong, copy-driven creative work and localization expertise.
  • Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) internal localization workflows, computer-assisted translation tools, and content approval systems.
