About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring and visionary leader to join a leading enterprise as an Associate Creative Director. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, writers, designers, and cross-functional teams, driving innovation and elevating brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the development of high-impact creative assets, balancing hands-on creation with strategic oversight to ensure alignment with brand vision and campaign objectives.
- Inspire, guide, and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and fostering an environment of continuous growth and excellence.
- Oversee the successful delivery of creative projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality, are completed on time, and remain within budget.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience as a creative professional within an agency or in-house brand environment.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading creative teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional concept development, successful campaign execution, and effective creative team leadership.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts and influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- A track record of successfully managing, mentoring, and elevating the performance of creative talent.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment, adept at managing multiple priorities without compromising creative quality.
- Broad knowledge across various marketing channels, with a strong understanding of digital, social, and emerging media formats.
