Associate Creative Director
Position Summary
WongDoody is looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD), based out of our beautiful New York City Studio, to help drive growth and creative excellence for us and our clients. With a team of strategists, creatives, designers and production practitioners, you’ll be pitching and developing integrated campaigns, digital experiences and design driven projects across a broad spectrum of brands. You are a boots-on-the-ground contributor with your team and you have a strong portfolio across delivery channels and client verticals. You inspire and motivate your teams and colleagues to do their best work. You are an experienced presenter, comfortable in front of senior-level clients, leading client meetings through all stages of work from pitch to creative development through production with your exceptional conceptual skills. This position requires you to navigate being a creator, maker and a manager. You will actively contribute to the work while leading teams with love and compassion with a strong desire to elevate the work by elevating those around you.
About the role
This role reports directly to the ECD, North America.
Responsibilities
- Pitch and develop integrated campaigns, digital experiences and design driven projects across a broad spectrum of brands
- Work closely with a team of strategists, creatives, designers and production practitioners
- Inspire and motivate your teams and colleagues to do their best work
- Lead client meetings through all stages of work from pitch to creative development through production
- Present exceptional conceptual skills to senior-level clients

Requirements
- Strong portfolio across delivery channels and client verticals
- Experience presenting to senior-level clients
- Exceptional conceptual skills
- Ability to lead teams with love and compassion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including strategists, designers, and producers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong visual and conceptual skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm
