Associate Creative Director

Position Summary

WongDoody is looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD), based out of our beautiful New York City Studio, to help drive growth and creative excellence for us and our clients.

Job Description

• Helping to drive growth and creative excellence for WongDoody and its clients.

• Working with a team of strategists, creatives, designers and production practitioners to pitch and develop integrated campaigns, digital experiences and design-driven projects across a broad spectrum of brands.

• Contributing to the work while leading teams with love and compassion, with a strong desire to elevate the work by elevating those around you.

• Navigating the roles of creator, maker, and manager, actively contributing to the work and leading teams through all stages of work from pitch to creative development through production.

• Comfortable presenting to senior-level clients, leading client meetings through all stages of work from pitch to creative development through production.

• Exceptional conceptual skills to inspire and motivate your teams and colleagues to do their best work.
