Associate Creative
We are looking for an Associate Creative to join our team in New York. As part of the creative team, you will concept and create striking, visually driven campaigns while supporting the development of social, content, and experiential activations.
About the role
You will help develop original content and media ideas that enable brands to tell their stories through a Highsnobiety lens, drawing on a strong understanding of content creation, art direction, design, and creative storytelling from ideation through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and content marketing programs for brands across multi-platform activations
- Bring ideas to life through presentation decks and present them internally and in client meetings
- Partner with sales and creative teams to respond to client briefs with innovative thinking and unique solutions
- Collaborate with strategy, production, activation, and media teams across the company to deliver best-in-class work
- Support the production team to ensure creative ideas are executed to the highest standards
- Work with production and media teams to package and price proposal ideas
- Manage your own workload while balancing multiple projects and proposals simultaneously
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience
- A strong understanding of what Highsnobiety represents, with a deep connection to contemporary culture across fashion, music, and youth-driven communities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
- Ability to generate clear creative ideas and concepts grounded in audience, cultural, and brand insights
- Strong visual research skills, including pulling references and building moodboards
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools. Experience with AI creative tools is a plus
- Passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of content marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across clients and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly articulate ideas

Pay
The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $75,000 to $85,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
