Associate Counsel, PIP - Hudson/Essex/Passaic, NJ (REMOTE)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Counsel, PIP - Hudson/Essex/Passaic, NJ (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on litigation and insurance defense matters, with responsibility for advising on coverage issues and supporting a high-volume caseload. The attorney will prepare case materials, participate in hearings and trials, and work closely with the Claims Department and other internal partners to move matters toward effective resolution. This position offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-level matters in a remote setting within a regulated insurance environment.
