About the role

The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations in their respective departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and improve clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in pediatric primary care or emergency medicine preferred.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
