Associate Corporate Counsel, Business Conduct & Ethics Investigations

Description

Alexa’s Legal Department is seeking an attorney with extensive experience in corporate investigations and compliance programs to join their Business Conduct & Ethics Investigations Program.

Key job responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise, and independently conduct internal investigations involving potential legal and regulatory issues, including fraud allegations.
• Navigate complex investigations and deliver results while working with multiple stakeholders.
• Help design, administer, and support the Business Conduct & Ethics Investigations Program.
• Prioritize tasks, multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-bar admission legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
• Experience in fraud/risk investigations
