Associate - Corporate Communications
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the NY office (Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday & Friday work from home).
About the role
We are seeking a Foundational Business Communications Associate to join our team. This is a highly interactive junior-level position for a communications professional looking to hone writing and editing skills, learn how to develop and present strategic communications plans, and gain exposure to senior leaders. This individual will support the FB Communications team, which serves the communications needs for the company’s FB business as well as enterprise leadership communications.
Responsibilities
- Support the FB Communications team in crafting and executing strategic communications plans, including preparing presentations, taking meeting notes, and maintaining a team calendar of deliverables.
- Support various editorial and writing projects—including drafting executive emails and speaking points, video scripts, town hall presentations, social media posts, and career site and intranet content.
- Gather, interpret, and visually prepare metrics to ensure our communications projects deliver results; this includes collecting and analyzing usage statistics, post-meeting feedback, and other employee surveys and data.
- Learn about the FB business and develop relationships to understand how strategic communications play a role in engaging employees and achieving business goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Communications.
- Contribute to other special projects and duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
Pay
Salary Range: $51,500–$68,000. Actual base salary will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and may participate in an incentive program.
