We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Pay Range (NYC Pay Range: $125,000 - $175,000) and also a line "$120,000.00 - $196,000.00". There's also Benefits section. There's no explicit Schedule (maybe travel up to 20% of time). That could be considered schedule? It's not a schedule but travel expectation. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Travel up to 20% could be considered schedule? Might be considered "Schedule" but not explicit hours. Safer to not include Schedule unless explicit. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, hours. So omit Schedule. We need sections: About the role (we have "About This Role" paragraph). Responsibilities (the "In This Role, You Will" bullet list). Requirements (maybe "Required Qualifications"). Qualifications (maybe "Desired Qualifications"). Skills (maybe combine desired qualifications? But we can separate). However we must not create thin sections. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About This Role: paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "In This Role, You Will" with subheadings: Client Relationship Strategy & Support, Deal Execution & Internal Coordination, Client Engagement & Communication, Governance, Compliance & Risk Management. Those are responsibilities. - Required Qualifications: bullet (actually a sentence) "2+ years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education" - Desired Qualifications: list of many items. - Skills: could be extracted from Desired Qualifications (strong credit, accounting, technical skills, etc). But we could treat Desired Qualifications as Qualifications section, and maybe Skills as separate if we have explicit skills list. The Desired Qualifications includes many skill-like items. Could combine into Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Qualifications and Skills sections if content exists. We have Required Qualifications (maybe Requirements). Desired Qualifications could be Qualifications. Skills could be derived from Desired Qualifications but we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Desired Qualifications under Qualifications, and then extract explicit skill statements into Skills (like "Strong credit, accounting and technical skills", "Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills", "Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy", "High level of initiative and accountability", "Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment", "Ability to act with integrity, good character and exercise sound judgement"). But those are also in Desired Qualifications list. To avoid duplication, we could just have Qualifications section containing both required and desired, and not have Skills separate. However the instruction says we can have Skills section if there is real specific content. There is explicit skill list; we could put them in Skills. But then Qualifications would be just the years of experience requirements. That seems reasonable. Let's extract: Requirements: "2+ years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education" Qualifications: maybe "2+ years Corporate and/or Investment Banking experience; 2+ years of relevant work experience in CIB Portfolio Management, including experience with leveraged lending; Experience within credit underwriting and/or capital market underwriting". That's three bullet points. Skills: list of skill statements. Benefits: list as given. Pay: we have Pay Range New York City Pay Range: $125,000 - $175,000 and also "$120,000.00 - $196,000.00". Which one to use? The posting includes both; we should preserve all substantive information. Could combine: "Pay Range New York City: $125,000 - $175,000 (base pay range). Additional range noted: $120,000 - $196,000." But we must not invent. We can just include both as separate sentences. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove "Posting End Date", "Job posting may come down early", "We Value Equal Opportunity", etc. Also remove "Reference Number". Also remove "Posting Locations:" maybe keep location? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location could be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short p. But we have no section for location; we could include a paragraph at top with location. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other paragraphs outside sections. We can include a short p for location and maybe posting end date? But posting end date is likely boilerplate? It's not EEO but still maybe minor metadata. Could drop it. Safer to include location as a short p. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Corporate Banking Associate". Not used. Now construct HTML:

We could also mention that pay may vary depending on factors, incentive opportunities. But that's generic; maybe we can include as part of pay paragraph: "Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities." That's from posting; it's substantive. Include. Thus Pay section:

Now location: we can add a short p before sections: maybe

Posting Location: 500 West 33rd St., New York, New York 10001

. That's minor metadata but allowed as short p. We must not
