About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products/services
  • Provide training and documentation to customers
  • Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
