Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products/services
- Provide training and documentation to customers
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
