Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and user stories. Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience working across complex, matrixed organizations with competing priorities and multiple dependencies. Working knowledge of SAFe / Agile, backlog management tools, acceptance criteria, and product success metrics.
