About the role

Taft is seeking a team-oriented litigation associate to join its construction practice in our West Palm Beach office.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in complex litigation, claims counseling, and contract and business disputes.
• Construction litigation experience is not required but preferred.

Requirements

• At least three or more years of litigation experience, including:
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Superior research and writing abilities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
