As a Compensation Analyst, you will help ensure our compensation programs attract, motivate, and retain top talent while supporting a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will leverage data, analytics, and market insights to guide compensation decisions and support business and HR partners across the organization.
In this role, you will perform research and analysis related to job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations, support career pathing initiatives, and ensure compensation practices remain consistent, compliant, and competitive. You will also contribute to annual compensation processes, survey participation, compensation audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Perform research and analysis related to job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations and support career pathing initiatives.
- Ensure compensation practices remain consistent, compliant, and competitive.
- Contribute to annual compensation processes, survey participation, compensation audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with highly sensitive and confidential information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
- Travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events (up to 5% of the time).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Human Resources, Compensation, or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of Human Resources, Compensation, or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills; ability to take a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture and summarize complex data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and databases; basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Human Resources plus 4 years of Human Resources, Compensation, or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
- Experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, PayScale, and Syndio.
Pay
$37.21 - $55.87 per hour. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participation in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
