- Maintain the integrity of the NEOGOV platform
- Resolve technical issues related to job postings and applicant tracking
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or software development
- Strong understanding of web technologies and databases
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
