Community Outreach Associate

This is a hybrid position based out of Bloomington, IN.

Schedule

Monday–Friday; flexible day shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and execution of community outreach strategies, initiatives, and events that align with IU Health community outreach priorities to meet the identified needs of the communities.
• Provides assistance to team member volunteer programs.
• Provides administrative coordination for the system team in areas such as meeting management, budget coordination, and ad hoc project support.
• Supports the assigned Manager and team in successfully executing initiatives and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a complex business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with a background in managing program/event logistics.
• Experience in managing program/event logistics preferred.
