Associate Clinical Director/Director of Nursing - Hospice

About the role

Hospice Promise is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospice Caregiver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving and a genuine interest in providing end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hospice care to patients and their families
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care
• Offer emotional and spiritual support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Pay
