About the Opportunity:The Associate Clinical Admin Coordinator plays a key role in managing member intake and referral processes within a high-volume customer service environment. This position ensures efficient coordination between members, providers, and clinical teams, contributing to the timely delivery of healthcare services and supporting overall organizational health outcomes. 3. Responsibilities:Manage intake of members and admission/discharge information post notificationCoordinate with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical teams to manage service requestsHandle the referral process including intake and notification of casesConduct triage, outreach, submission, and other non-clinical process stepsResolve inquiries from members and providers 4. Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year customer service experience involving problem analysis and resolutionAt least 1 year of experience processing medical referrals, authorizations, or insurance-related care coordinationBasic proficiency with Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of ICD 9/10 and CPT coding Preferred Qualifications:Experience in healthcare industry and health insuranceFamiliarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid servicesExperience in customer outreach, call centers, or medical assistanceClerical or administrative support experienceStrong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Hourly pay range from $16.00 to $29.00 based on full-time employmentCompensation influenced by factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certificationsComprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility 6.
