Associate Clinic Director

Seeking a dynamic clinical leader to direct a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic providing outpatient mental health and substance use services in Brooklyn, NY to children, adults, and families. Responsibilities Include Provide clinical leadership, administrative direction, and oversight to a team of supervisors, therapists, and professional staffMaintain expert knowledge of agency and regulatory protocols and collaborate with leadership and clinic staff to ensure implementationOversee clinical and operational workflows to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and develop systems to address identified issuesMonitor key program performance metrics such as therapist productivity, treatment plan quality and timeliness, quality benchmarks, and adherence to agency best practicesOversee case assignment and management, including high-risk clientsOversee specialized treatment tracks, including early childhood mental health, perinatal mental health, substance use disorders (SUD), divorced families, and anxietyEnhance program reach and quality by developing innovative programming and staff trainingConduct community outreach, engage with community stakeholders, and develop specialized programming based on community needsDemonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Qualifications LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD-level clinical licensure requiredStrong administrative and clinical skills requiredMinimum of seven years of experience in clinical mental healthPrior experience with OMH and/or OASAS licensed facilities requiredMinimum of three years of experience in a leadership or administrative positionPrior experience with a CCBHC preferred Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance.
