Associate Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager I, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, efficient support tailored to their needs. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring each client receives care and attention.
• Work closely with the Production team to lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their goals to secure existing business and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients when Producers or Account Executives are unavailable, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure their needs are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support Producers and Account Executives in achieving business goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client service or claims management.
• Producer's Licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.
• Proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and working independently.

Experience in insurance or managing client relationships is a plus.
