Associate, Client Processing II
About the role
This role is located in Pittsburgh and involves making an impact by providing quality, complex client service and support to internal and external clients daily, performing complex operational tasks, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining correspondent accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance while minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Apply expertise and judgement in providing quality, complex client service and support to internal and external clients daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution, transaction processing (STP and manual), reconciliations, accounting services, and timely updates to client accounts.
- Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including independent analysis and policy interpretation, and manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executing all correspondent requisites accurately and timely with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
- Maintain correspondent accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
Requirements
- A high school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
