Associate Client Manager - Crop Insurance

About the role

The Job Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to manage crop insurance accounts and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers
• Negotiate new and renewal policies with carriers, prepare presentation and proposal materials, respond to policy inquiries, and verify policy accuracy
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage
• Update customer information in the agency management system to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness
• Work with colleagues to identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure effective and efficient customer service

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of risks associated with crop insurance, including multi-peril, whole farm, and pasture rangeland forage coverages
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Good with people, especially during challenging times
• Team player with positive relationships with colleagues
• Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and accurate in client interactions
• Adaptable to changing industry needs and client requirements

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $41,200 - $76,800/year. Performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package are also available.
