Associate Client Manager - Business Insurance

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance team is looking for a passionate and people-oriented customer service professional to develop, implement, and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
- Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiating with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, collecting customer information, and ordering insurance policies from carriers.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our agency management system.
- Upsell and cross-sell by working with colleagues to identify and follow through on opportunities.
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service alongside your designated sales and service team.
- Follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards, and established workflows.
- Ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality and contribute positively as a team member.
