This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor clinical strategy aligned with company vision
- Create procedures for monitoring clinical services and establishing care standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical innovations to enhance provider partnerships
- Conduct root cause analysis using data analytics to identify and resolve issues
- Implement medical cost reduction initiatives to meet savings goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and serve as clinical contact for regulators
- Build relationships with providers and stakeholders to improve clinical quality
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) required
- Board certification in a medical specialty is preferable
- Minimum of 10 years clinical experience necessary
- At least 7 years in a medical management leadership role required
- Experience in large, multi-level healthcare organizations (plans or providers) essential
- Proven track record in implementing managed care initiatives is a must

Pay
$269,300 – $374,640 annually
