About the role
The Associate Channel Account Manager (ACAM) is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving business growth in a specific region. This position reports to an Inside Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Vice President. The ACAM will foster new footprint opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell within 100+ accounts in the SMB and Mid-Market space, managing both strategic initiatives and tactical transactions. The role serves as the hub of a channel "pod" model, facilitating collaboration among a cross-functional team (regional CAM, ISS, Marketing, segment sales, operations, and technical) to develop and execute region-specific strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with Partners to create campaigns for pipeline generation.
- Conduct opportunity reviews to assess potential deals and develop action plans.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with resources such as CAD sellers, partner technical managers, PSRs, and overlays to ensure smooth transaction management.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant sales quota-carrying experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of the product development and discrete manufacturing industry is desirable.
- Experience co-selling with Channel Resellers is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Working knowledge of product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.

Pay
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, encompassing both base salary and on-target incentive compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
