Associate Campus Director, Career Services

About the Role

At West Coast University, you will guide students to do more than change their own lives—you will help change the lives of every patient they care for throughout their career. As part of a collaborative, student-centric culture, you will represent the university’s brand professionally within the healthcare community to articulate the programs offered to students and graduates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and promote the logistics of recruiting events, including employer information sessions, employer campus visits, hiring events, virtual and onsite employer panels, and job interview schedules.
• Collaborate with the Director of Career Services to develop a comprehensive employer outreach and marketing plan.
• Research and evaluate trends and factors affecting prospective employment and recommend strategies to increase employment outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Career Services or business development experience.
• Proven track record of developing new employer partnerships.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time.
• Strong PowerPoint, Canva, and graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
